Central Suffolk Dental

I had been a patient of this dentist office for 10 years. A few months ago I received a notice from my insurance company that stated I received x-rays at my last visit, but I hadn’t. I called the insurance company to correct the billing error, and a few months later received this letter from the dental office stating that I had been dropped as a patient for reaching out to my insurance company. The dentist also canceled my upcoming appointment leaving me in a bad spot as it’s hard to get Saturday appointments and I wanted to get one last cleaning in before my baby is born. Beware of this dentist! The way that they handled this situation and spoke to a patient speaks volumes about their character.
