Competency is being too highly rated in the 21st century. You call a call center and the person understands and handles your request. You get a survey and you are supposed to be elated that someone did the job which they were hired to do. You are supposed to treat the lack of incompetence as something exceptional. I don't. When I receive competent, efficient service, I rate them moderately because a customer should be entitled to expect competence as a minimum requirement. I need to preface my review with the above because if All Island Restoration (AIR) had done the job completely and within an appropriate timeframe and with proper communication, they would receive three...read full review
