Was not expecting an 87 degree day in April! Our split unit AC turned on but was not cooling. AirMax responded quickly to our service request. Nick was very friendly and professional. He determined the issue, did a temporary fix and gave a plan for the next steps needed. Overall excellent experience!! We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend.
They showed up when they said, Replaced my hot water heater. Did a great job! The crew was friendly and efficient. Everything was clean when they got through.I have used them before for other heating problems and would certainly use them again!!
I had two separate HVAC systems replaced and installed by AirMax Long Island, Inc. at my home this week. They offered me two options: 1) Lennox and 2) Armstrong systems,. I selected the Armstrong system. I was originally told it would take two days to install these systems. They arrived well prepared with all the units (evaporators and air handlers, etc.), all accessories and attachments, including the new thermostats with a crew of about 6 men to do the installation on the day I was promised. They finished the job in one day!
