This week a crew, lead by Mr. Smith (no relation), came in and replaced 24 windows. The guys were industrious, working full 8 hr shifts in cold, miserable weather. They were polite and considerate, going the extra mile, ensuring my satisfaction with the end results. The wait was long, but I was aware of the proposed installation date from my first conversation with their rep Jerry. Must say, it was well worth the wait!They made and professionally installed beautiful, quality products.Highly recommended!Thank you South Seneca Vinyl!

The best company for windows and also the best company for it's service. Jerry is friendly and easy to work with. His wife is so kind. The workers are super friendly and clean! We use them every year to upgrade a window or two.

This is the second time I have had replacement windows installed and both times they have done exceptional work. Jerry came out and did an estimate and the end cost was exactly what was quoted. The installers were very professional, did excellent work, went above and beyond to ensure that everything looked beautiful. I had 2 windows that were side by side and they were different sizes. They replaced the windows and had to do quite a bit of extra custom work as they were different sizes and they look fantastic. They did a beautiful job of cleaning up and I'm thrilled with this company and highly recommend them!!!!Service: Window installation
