beyond poor. shopped and paid online, nobody delivered to pickup area for 40 minutes, so I walked into customer service to ask why. couldn't locate anyone to assist, so I left. got home and found the item marked as "picked up" in my email. no item, $125 lost from my debit. will never return to a walmart again.

Disgraceful store. Disgraceful company. This picture (posted this past August) represents why you should NEVER put work above everything else in your life. 27 years of dedicated work, countless missed holidays with family, ongoing exhaustion from doubles because the company "needs" your help, hospitalizations because you don't take time to care for yourself when you're sick because there's no one else to cover. She was there from day 1 of opening. Most of Rome knows her face and yet, she was cast aside yesterday due to bureaucratic, corporate ignorance. 65 years old, 11 children, 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. Less than one month before Christmas. She would have worked there until the day she died, even though her family has begged her countless times to leave. They have never valued what she gave to them, but she did it because she valued the customers. She was the scapegoat for the poor corporate management that wasn't doing their own jobs to oversee the store. Shame on you Walmart. I hope you enjoy your comfortable seats, hiding behind your closed office doors while the people on the floor, and the community she has served for three decades, suffer from this loss.

I was using self checkout today. I had one item that wouldn't scan. Nobody was working in self check section. Finally the door greater called over someone named Alexander. He had a nasty attitude. They want us to use self checkout then give us attitude when we are doing their job.
