I went into the Hulbert store in Plattsburgh not knowing what exactly I needed to fix a plumbing issue. The employees were amazing. Looked at my picture and not only gave me what I needed but also explained to me in terms I understood how to fix my issue. I would highly recommend them!

I have to say that the Utica crew (Terry, Mark…all the guys) are really fantastic to deal with in every way. They are so patient and helpful. They take the time to learn about your project and understand what is needed to get things completed. They will share their recommendations and discuss options…it’s really great. Terry in particular has been very generous with his time and expertise to walk me through a radiant heat install that I am handling myself. Even better yet, I’ve been having some great laughs at the counter !! It’s exactly the kind of service, attention and experience that is impossible to get at the big box stores. I can’t thank those guys enough for all their help ! Highly recommend the store !!
