Patrick Heating has helped us out twice with emergencies. We could not get service for our system from the installer, but we called Patrick Heating and they had a technician out in a very short time to do the work we needed done. Today, our neighbor had her gutter fall down and it managed to break two sets of vent pipes inside the house, putting fumes into her basement. She couldn’t get her installer to come out, but we called Patrick Heating and within the hour Dave showed up with two technicians. She will be safe and have heat tonight! Dave and Shaun came over to our house right away when we called about our air conditioning unit making a loud squealing sound. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it while they were here! Their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this family run company. They are honest and knowledgeable! We are lucky to have Patrick Heating in our community!
