Went to Liverpool and spa looking for a 21 foot round pool. John Casson the sales man had that in stock ready to go the same day. He knew the names of all the pools he knew the names of all the liners. He gave me any option I wanted. Four years later after that crazy winter, we had my liner ripped. So I contacted John again. He had a new liner ready to go immediately. I will continue to go to Liverpool and spa because of the great service and communication. Thank you John!!
