I can’t say enough good things about Fred F. Collis & Son. I went an entire week with no heat, and when install day finally arrived, we were hit with a storm and I had no power in my home. Despite the conditions, their team went above and beyond and installed my new furnace without power. From the very first person who came out to check my furnace, to the salesman Mike—everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring during a very stressful time. The two technicians who completed the installation were absolutely amazing. They were professional, extremely nice, and worked efficiently even under such difficult circumstances. It’s rare to find a company that shows this level of dedication and care for their customers. I am beyond grateful and would highly recommend Fred F. Collis & Son to anyone in need of HVAC service. Truly outstanding service from start to finish.
Just had a new furnace installed today by Collins. So far very pleased. Installation guys were great and did a fantastic job. Had a tech come back later in the day and addressed my concerns. All very professional.
