Michael is incredibly trustworthy and delivers a very in-depth and comprehensive inspection report with great turnaround time. He actually went through the trouble of coming back to a house that we had to be inspected as the sellers did not have certain areas cleaned out for him the first time around . Mike was absolutely amazing! As first time home buyers, he was extremely thorough and arrived early to get started. He was very detailed in the report and also explaining each issue or thing he saw so it didn’t come as a shock when we received it.
