I have been using service for several years now. They are quite thorough and always addresses my concerns. Chris Tropher has been our service technician; Chris is professional and always goes out of his way to ensure our satisfaction.
Today the technician, Christopher absolutely provided me with extraordinary service! He identified, diagnosed & SOLVED my significent rodent problems!He was careful to explain and even show me the issues, as well as his creative solutions, which enabled me to better recognize and appreciate his willingness to go beyond basic expectations of an employer or the customer! He was screwing in gaps in boards, diligently searching out, locating and filling any small space around a large foundation, where a rodent could enter.
