Made an appointment in early December for 2/13. Was called 2/5 and told the appointment was being canceled and only offered another appointment in April. The receptionist was extremely rude and unaccompanied and put me on hold while talking. When I stated I’d likely take my business elsewhere she made no attempt to find another accommodation. This is the third appointment that I’ve made there and all have had over 6 week waiting time and I have an extremely flexible schedule. I’d rather give my services to a private therapist as this place is run so incredibly poorly with terrible customer service.

Had an appointment scheduled for 12/14. Arrived 10 minutes early only to find out they were closed. It snowed overnight and every other business at this location was open, except ME. Checked my email to see if I received a message, nope. Checked my text messages, nada. Oh, I know, they must have left me a voicemail. Um, no. Very poor management to not inform the clients with appointments that you will be closed. Had problems with management in the past and I see it hasn't improved.
Massage staff great when you can get an appointment. Management sucks.

I have been a loyal Massage Envy member since April 2016, consistently paying my monthly membership fee of $85. Over the past two years, I have encountered persistent issues with service availability, including frequent appointment cancellations due to lack of staff and extended wait times to get new appointments, leading to multiple unused sessions and a highly frustrating experience.
I have made multiple requests for a credit for all unused sessions, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from management. The staff at the store have also been unable or unwilling to provide the credit I’ve requested, making it even more difficult to resolve the issue.
