Ridiculous, cannot book an apt. I've called three times. They're b9oked for 2 months out and can't access calendars for the next month. I regret buying a couples massage gift card from them. What a scam.
Just tried to book an appointment but customer service rep who answered my call does really need an extensive customer service training. With all that attitude, she needs to be reminded that we are paying customers. She made me feel that I was such a bother and a waste of time to her…..also very condescending and arrogant tone of voice!!!!!
Horrible in Rocky Point! I tried getting an appointment for a massage in which I received a gift card at Christmas. Couldn’t make an appointment even through March! I asked for April and they said their books are not open yet for April but I could be put on the waitlist. Ridiculous! I booked an appointment at another location for this Friday. Something’s fishy there! They must not have enough staff or going out of business!
