Vision works of Rocky Point is terrific ! I arrived alittle late and they were fine about it and got me in with ease and caring. Everyone seemed happy and took interest in me as well as every other customer there. No one was without assistance and seemingly given excellent and specific professional guidance .The lovely woman that helped with my ordering was so kind and knew her job well.I truly appreciate good customer service and entering a place with good energy ! This particular Visionworks definitely checks all the boxes with grace ! .

Dealing w/ corporate end of this company is terrible. I have repeatedly had bad experiences with management as well. Saving Grace are a few employees that seem happy to be there and want to help. Exam technician was very pleasant setting up tele-health exam and things went smoothly. In the end the best thing the store has to offer is Ross Marchese doing eye glass fittings and helping sort through insurance and computer chaos. Ross did such a good job helping my son last year he is the only person I would use going forward. Today he fit my new glasses, put sunglasses in my spare frames and adjusted the horrible pair I got last year to where they actually fit. Thank you!

Second year where they have issues scheduling my son. (Make an appointment and something on their end cancels it, over and over basically playing appointment tag!) I don’t plan on taking my son back here.
