We have been taking photos at Storybook for 3 years now. If you’re hesitating, go book your photos right now. If you have a disabled child, why haven’t you booked yet? The entire staff are so accommodating and kind! The rooms where they take photos are small but ACCESSIBLE!
The owner is phenomenal. This year I couldn’t attend the session due to a medical emergency with a family member. The owner made sure our photos were magical. She went above and beyond to make sure photos went smoothly for my entire family. I was impressed by how much she did to make sure our Christmas photos and their experience was perfect. This is our second year coming to storybook experiences at the RVC location and it's truly magical for kids. Last year we got there early and entered right in time, this year we were 6 minutes late, they called us at the 5 min mark and i told them we were 1 min away. They were nice about it but next time i will leave a lot earlier due to traffic from the Bronx to Long Island on a Friday night. Thankfully we were dressed up and were able to enter quickly.

Everyone is great from ginny to the photographer. I loved how the girls were so kind and fun to my little boy. Christmas pictures were absolutely stunning and this will be our Xmas tradition moving forward.
