I have to say, being from out of town and not knowing the good barbershops in the area that I am very happy I ended up at Pioneer barbershop. I pulled up the local ones closest to me in yelp and on Google and this one was the one that ultimately felt right. And boy, was it right. Just a heads up, they do not accept credit cards so be prepared with cash. There are a couple businesses not too far away where you can use an ATM. They do not disclose their prices over the phone or on the Internet because they are very competitive and competing salons try and undercut them. I used to go around the corner and pay 50% more for inferior services. This place is friendly with several barbers who have been there for years and is run by José who takes pride in his work and the business
