Today was my first visit so I can't comment on the medical quality. Checkin was easy enough. The part I couldn't do someone said they'd do at the desk. generally affable They weren't pushing . That was helpful as I can't move quickly with pain. Dr. I was reasonable in saying to get a new MRI as the last was a year old. When I asked what could be done he didnt promise the moon. He didn't suggest precedures that were risky. He was logical waiting to see the results of the test. I had taken the medical taxi service. Because of a situation in the family I didn't have a cell phone.. MaryAnne at checkout was smiling and offered to call the company. They said I should wait thirty-five minutes. Nobody came. This went on repeatedly. MaryAnne even called while I was outside waiting to see if a taxi was coming. It hurt like the Dickens to stand outside with a bad back. After four hours of repeated calls I called the local taxi company. Instead of being home at 1PM I arrived after 4PM. if it weren't for MaryAnne and other staff members at the desk who heard the repeated calls and did some, smiling, I think I would have cried. They were lovely. They had other work to do and I had planned an afternoon that didn't happen. I guess I hit a good day or all good people. let's hope the medical experience is good.
DR. KIRSCHEN IS AMAZING ?, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & WELL SKILLED. NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS DOCTOR. HE TRULY CARES & HELPS PEOPLE. VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE & HELP.
Dr Iadevaio is the best I was his aptient for years and he help me to change my life with no pain I was suffering for years until a co worker recommended to see dr. Iadevaio thank you for you help and support
