I started with the 7 day trial and could not resist joining. F45 has helped jump start my fitness back after a long hiatus of COVID and leaving my previous gym. Every workout is unique and challenging. The members are very friendly and inviting. I am very happy with my decision to join.
As I near 100 classes, I can assure you this is the best HIIT workout I’ve ever done. Head Trainer Paisley runs an amazing gym and is extremely approachable and flexible. Coach Erica, Chris and Kelly are awesome and they are easily the most motivational, friendly and knowledgeable staff here. I highly recommend F45, specifically RVC!!!
F45 RVC has become the best part of my day! I never enjoyed workout classes until I came to F45 RVC.The studio is clean, modern, and spacious.The staff is incredible, all of the coaches are very knowledge and they all do a great job correcting form, motivating members and bringing the energy!
