I was promptly and warmly greeted by Keema, who provided clear and professional directions during the exam. She treated me with exceptional care, which I truly appreciated.
The doctor did an excellent job explaining the results of my exam. She was patient and ensured all my questions were thoroughly answered.
Jeff was also outstanding—he walked me through the process of obtaining my glasses and clearly explained the available upgrades.
Overall, my experience not only went smoothly but exceeded my expectations!
Wonderful experience! From the greeting to the pre-exam, to the exam, to picking out glasses with Elizabeth, this was the best time I've had in my many years of buying glasses. Elizabeth took me around and suggested frames that would look good, then got the other staff to weigh in on the choices. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend this store. I actually traveled from Brooklyn and it was well worth it.
Excellent in all areas . Very helpfull professional, friendly and kind . No problem with returning glasses that did not work for me. Most others do not take back the glasses just offer to adjust and send you packing . Everyone here is really nice and helpfull. I would highly recommend it to all .
