Place is clean. Workers are friendly and attentive. They provide next day pick up and drop off service. Their drivers are friendly and very respectful. Always call or text me when they are close to pick up or drop off my laundry. Never have a problem. Of course as gratitude for their outstanding service I tip the driver. My laundry smells so good. They definitely use good quality detergent and softener. I will continue to trust this laundromat with my clothes and I will recommend them to anybody who asks me of a great, affordable and quick service. Big apple wash is my go to place

To everyone that it's reading this I want to say how great this laundromat is very comfortable cleaned expanded friendly the clean this is impeccable workers are amazing especially the young lady name Dunia, and Sabrina awesome people. I've been coming here 3 years and I love it the atmosphere it's amazing, If you need to wash your clothes come and try big apple laundromat in Rockville center you won't regret in !!!

Was in and was out within an hour and half tops. Machines are clean,all the dryers work and the renovations they made are terrific. When i go there i see alot of familiar faces that i havent seen in many years... its like a family gathering of us meeting up and catching up on each other's life
