I initially bought a bouquet of peonies for my wife. They didn't bloom and were a crusty brown on the outside. I called two days later and was told to bring them in. I did so and they exchanged them immediately for a beautiful bouquet which my wife was thrilled with. no questions asked - no hassle. They did not ask any questions and apologized sincerely.
