I have and will only deal with Rock Hill service center. They kept my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe running up until 2022! Now I travel from Northern Westchester county to RHS to get my 2023 Hyundai Kona inspected and maintained. I trust them 100%. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Their honest and reliable. Call ahead to make an appointment they are busy for a reason.

The gentleman I had the pleasure of assisting me with my tow was amazing! 😊 I broke down right on 211 in Middletown, ny, smack dab in the middle of on coming traffic, I was a nervous wreck, people were honking and yelling at me, and I literally couldn’t do anything, then after Town of Wallkill cops came to help me push my car to a safer location, sure enough the guy from AAA of Rock Hill was there to get me towed and home safely! 🤩 Not only exceptional service, but the guy was just an all around nice guy! 😊 I give them a 5 star review and would definitely refer people to use them! 😊
I can’t say enough good things about Rock Hill Service Center. We broke down pulling our travel trailer on our way back home to South Carolina. Not only did they tow the truck, they were also able to tow our travel trailer to their lot and secure it until our truck was repaired the next day.
They gave us rental car information and directed us to a dog friendly hotel, allowed us to bring the dogs into the office , plug in an electric cooler with one of our dogs perishable food and stay out of the heat.
They certainly went above and beyond for us and the next day the truck was fixed and we were on our way home.
We are so grateful for everything they did for us❤
