I reached out to James for demolition work on an historic home. Scheduling with James was courteous and direct. Morning of team came to my house at agreed time ready to go. We worked together a full day tearing down plaster lath and loading the dumpster. End of day they hauled it away. True professionals, skilled and hardworking. Definitely will be hiring Garcia’s Property Preservation again for more work !
