I was beyond satisfied with the care and service provided for my dog Missy. From the emergency visit, to the surgery and recovery in the same night, the crew was outstanding. The tech's, and Dr. Takacs, were knowledgable, well spoken, and showed the upmost care and professionalism. Dr. Takacs, and the vet techs/receptionist who were working the Newburgh Campus the night I came in were straight up awesome!!

On 09/12/2026 my ex bought our dog Kilo in for emergency services. They were compassionate and honest with him. Ultimately Kilo passed peacefully in the office without being euthanized. They gave him a paw print and the blanket they covered Kilo in. They allowed us to say goodbye without rushing. We chose private cremation. Thank you to the staff for making Kilo comfortable in his last moments. He passed away peacefully and is no longer in pain.
