I have gotten 4 Supercuts thus far and have been generally satisfied with the experience and the result. That said, my last experience there on the weekend of 2/24/'24 left me somewhat dissatisfied. The person that cut my hair, a slender young woman with long hair that was dyed red, left me absolutely covered in hair clippings. In my last three experiences the beautician used a towel between my neck and the cape, and used a blow dryer at the end to rid my head of clippings.When I go back, I will be calling instead of placing my order online to request another stylist.Don't let my one experience discourage you. I've been there a few time's already since my son has been born my wife usually gives me haircuts but I was hesitant at first but I've been very impressed and my stylist always does a great job I'm sorry I don't remember your name at this time but it's the guy that wears the Cowboys hat lol.

Made an impulse decision to get my haircut & didn't have to wait very long. It was great to be able to check in online and get in line before coming in. The stylist was professional and listened to (and delivered) what I was asking for.
