Outstanding customer service! I actually went to a competitor dry cleaner, but after a dismissive comment, I gathered up my table cloths and went to Julian's. Boy am I glad I did! Julian's has the friendliest staff, their communication is impeccable, the quality of the press was outstanding, I do not have enough great things to say about this business. All the stars for Julians!
My Sister in law told me about the comforter cleaning sale at Julians. I have never done something like this ever before. But I did have a bunch of comforters that needed cleaning. I was really impressed with the customer service the person that took my comforters in was wonderful. The communication through texting kept me in the loop I'm a couplers were done two days ahead of time. The lady that was there when I picked him up was wonderful and I couldn't believe how they were stored in a nice container so now I can store them perfectly at my house. Thanks so much
The zipper on my winter coat broke and it’s still Winter in Rochester! I dropped off the coat on Friday evening and it was ready on Tuesday! Such fast service and I was very very happy with their service! I love that they text you when it’s ready! I would 100% use them again!
