Very seemless experience, got a first-time discount, super reasonable prices compared to other cities I’ve gotten dry-cleaning, and the team at Julian’s were able to get my clothes for me within one business day in time for a wedding. Super happy with their service.
I came in with a delicate chiffon dress that needed stain treatment, and Julian’s Cleaner’s was able to get the job done! They were helpful, kind and efficient, and my dress was ready for pickup the following day. I was even given a 20% discount for being a first time customer! Definitely recommend!
Outstanding customer service! I actually went to a competitor dry cleaner, but after a dismissive comment, I gathered up my table cloths and went to Julian's. Boy am I glad I did! Julian's has the friendliest staff, their communication is impeccable, the quality of the press was outstanding, I do not have enough great things to say about this business. All the stars for Julians!
