Fast, reliable and easy! Chris helped me a lot and made my experience positive considering the situation. And when chris was not there Marisol took over and helped me, very kind and helpful. I appreciate them for all their help!! Great team!

After getting the runaround from everyone at Tmobile and Samsung, Chris at Ubreakifix in Riverhead replaced my Z-flip's screen protector under warranty while I waited! And he did a PERFECT job!! Thank you Chris!!

I had a major problem with my cell phone, I went to different stores I couldn't get it fix. When I came to UBREAIFIX, finally, Ms. Marisol solved and fixed the problem. I had a broken Camera, and speaker problem. She fux everything on my S21 5 G. ULTRA.She did so professional, I had to comeback to drop off an S 10 as a new job. That is being said, she is a real professional.Although, she is has customers ccustomer service skill.
