These guys are great. Gary and Craig helped me decide on my butcher block tops (I was agonizing over the differences) and they helped me load them up. Those guys took away my counter top trepidation and made my day an absolute pleasure - A++++++++++

Lately, I’ve felt like customer services appeared to be diminishing and on the brink of extinction, until I came upon the store manager of LL Flooring in Riverhead, NY. I called the store because I had not received any updates about my order and my installation date was approaching. Nicole answered my call right away. She went above and beyond to find my order and provide the service and product that I was anticipating. She found my order with just my name and phone number. She explained some mechanical issues that they were having with their warehouse equipment.
