They have me walking and that's a miracle!! Everything was going ok Unfortunately due to lack of communication when I called to reschedule explained i fell and was in alot of pain, I said I was going for a MRI and would call when I see what's going on. I realize I missed 1 week explained my situation but I received a $60.00 cancelation fee. I had recvd my Mri results that day and they showed a compression fracture on my L1 as a result of the fall. I called and No one called me back. I assumed they just were not happy with me as a patient. I actually could feel it too. I’ve been going here for a few months now. Everybody in this office in Riverhead is Professional, friendly, and courteous. Dr. Baskin did an excellent job of investigating my symptoms and coming up with a therapeutic plan that has really worked. My symptoms have almost completely resolved. I’ve been to other physical therapy places, but this one is head and shoulders above the others.
