I placed an order eight days ago and still have not received any contact from the company regarding the shipping. I emailed to ask when, I have called twice (only voicemail) left a message. They simply ignore you once they have your money. Looks like I may be reporting a fraudulent charge to my bank. I'll update if they reach out to me today.

No customer service at all. I have emailed inquiring about my order placed two weeks ago with no response, status has been at ready to ship for a week now. Can not get them to respond at all.

UNRESPONSIVE ONLINE SELLER - I ordered 6 in-stock gaskets back on October 21st, and received a shipping confirmation stating that the label had printed via UPS. Three weeks go by, and nothing had come in the mail. I check on the tracking status, and saw that the package had not even shipped out. I tried reaching out to their support staff in an email asking where the package was at and asked for a refund as I determined at that point that I no longer needed the gaskets. No response. I waited another week and sent another email, still no response.
