I took our 11 year old pup Cheddar in woth a bloody nose. They could not have been more kind (starting at the front desk) and more thorough. This isn’t my first time there. The drs and techs are always so kind and thorough. Great bed side manor along with getting to the root of the issue
Extraordinary care and compassion during a most difficult time. Everyone was understanding, but special thanks to Dr. Ryave for being so kind and patient during a very hard and emotional time for us.
Exceptional care from Dr. Collins and the follow up veterinarian the next day. Competent and conscientious with their explanations and how to follow up with a cat that possibly ate part of a rubbery fake plant. Gave us insight into asthma, which we were unaware of. Very honest and up front with all their information and they will follow up with the cat's veterinarian in TN. The owner who was taking the cat back to TN was very pleased and received a phone call from Dr Collins and received all the info from the veterinary visit. I would definitely recommend this veterinary hospital. Also very pleased to notice they have physical therapy and acupuncture as well! :)
