Dr. Carolyn Scott was excellent. She spent a lot of time with me, talked me through the images from my eye scans, explaining things other eye doctors had never done for me, and helped me find the right prescription. (My previous prescription was apparently much too strong!) Her bedside manner is fantastic. I was surprised to receive such a high level of quality of care from someone at Costco. I recommended her to my husband, and he also had a very positive experience. We will go back annually. Thank you Dr. Scott!

I was in a terrible jam having forgotten my contact lenses while away. Fortunately, Serena Falzone, was able to help me. She coordinated having my prescription faxed and supplied with contact lenses to use preventing me from not being able to see adequately all weekend. She was very professional and caring while also multitasking with other customers. Thank you Ms. Falzone.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and gave me a really thorough exam. Plus, even though she didn't take my insurance, the cost was low enough that it was fully covered by the out of network allowance.Highly recommend!
