Had my first visit in years today and I'm beyond impressed with Cohen's optical, riverhead ! The staff was absolutely incredible start to finish! I'm so happy with my new glasses and will definitely recommend and return for my self and my family!
I went into cohens for a pair of glasses without an appointment, the owner and staff were amazingly accommodative and took me in. They squeezed me in for an eye exam to get a current prescription, and even helped me with contacts! I’ve been a returning customer for the last 12 years at a minimum. The amazing staff camaraderie, charisma, and overall great personalities. I highly recommend cohens in riverhead to absolutely everybody! I look forward to many more years as a client and friend. 20/10 hands down.
I ran in there just about a half hour before they closed to see if they could fix my son glasses. He needs them to see his eyes are that bad, but they couldn’t fix them but they found a frame that would work with his lenses Sarah and Sam went out of their way to make sure I left with glasses for him. They were so sweet and nice about the whole thing. I would definitely good in there to get my next pair of glasses Thanks so much to both of them for all there help. He would have had to call out of work because he could drive with out them .
