I was very lucky to find Craig at Rooted Refuge and cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone considering acupuncture. I received weekly treatments from Craig for almost the entire duration of 2024, and our time together became my solace and sanctuary during one of the hardest years of my life. Craig helped me through infertility, sleep paralysis, extreme stress, vertigo, and a plethora of other ailments that I honestly didn't pay much attention to, but that he always made sure to give space to.
