It was our first time looking into having professional cleaning service done to the home and when researching, there were so many companies out there along with a few referrals from my friends. I ultimately decided to go with Rapid Maid because of the number of conversations I had with the owner, Erick. He was able to address all my questions and was able to give me a very reasonable quote based off the pictures I had uploaded and sent to him. Moved into an apartment covered in cat hair. Rapid maid (thank you Eric and team!)were very thorough, deep cleaned the entire 2 br apartment in 4 hours. Really great responsive communication, followed all of our instructions, and added nice touches like clearing the bottom of a bookcase to make room for shoes :)

I initially hired Rapid Maid Specialists for a one time cleaning, but I was so impressed with their service that I decided to engage them for monthly cleanings! It is super easy to contact Erick through Yelp and he is always responsive. The cleaners are thorough and true professionals! I have worked with a few other cleaning companies and individuals in the past, and always had issues (one time a cleaner did not show up for an appointment and left me in a bind!). However, I have not had any similar concerns with Rapid Maids. It is such a stress relief to know that I can trust them to get the job done!
