Staff is very polite and professional. I called last minute to see if I can schedule an appointment to use the vehicle for a road test, I had to pay for one lesson which wasn't expensive at all. Same day I called same day I received the lesson, mind you I had so much running around to do that I wasn't able to pay them until last minute. I'm very grateful that they accepted my payment and was able to service me. Mr Jaret was very knowledgeable respectful and patient with me. I was very nervous although I have driving experience I have not been on the road much, with Mr Jaret helping me along with his encouragement I literally passed the next day. I was going to write this review even if I didn't pass. Amazing Staff from the minute that I called and then entered the office I was treated like a student that they cared about. I explained what my needs were and that I am always nervous during exams. Whatever I asked for she tried to accomodate, extremely pleasant, My driving instructor was the same AMAZING, PATIENT, AND AWARE. Simply the fact that each person learns differently just never seemed to get annoyed, a great teacher. He was simply amazing, I have never had an instructor like this. A wonderful and safe space for people looking to learn how to drive. Jordany and Lourdes were so helpful with scheduling lessons that fit my very busy schedule. They also made sure to ask how I felt about the classes, if I felt compatible with the instructors. The instructors mold whatever teaching style you need. Personally, I needed a relaxed instructor who did not correct me harshly, and the instructor delivered exactly that. Thank you to everyone at Luna Driving, who ebbed and Flowed with me on this journey and gave me the best possible suggestions along the way.
