Truly amazing customer service! I manage a small medical spa and we have ordered several things from DIR - including the mechanical medical chairs. As with any technology, sometimes things need a new part etc. Anytime I have EVER had an issue, their customer service team replies within 24 hours (usually much less time) and makes sure you are taken care of. In a small business where we all do many things, it is SO helpful to be able to knock these things out quickly and they ensure you are able to do that. Highly recommend DIR!

Love this place. 2nd time coming. We bought a beautiful front desk for our tattoo shop the first time and today a lovely aesthetic bed for our nail salon. Che is always a pleasure and very helpful! Def recommend this place for any salon furniture! Wuality Stuff!!
