Highly recommend!!!I cannot begin to tell you how great Jack is. He came over on the same day and looked at the toilet and took measurements. And 2 days later, he came to install it. He was on time and very pleasant to work with. He is a very honest person. At first, he said, let me take a look. It could be an easy fix if the water is just back flowing. You don’t need a new toilet. But I insisted it’s an old toilet, and would just like to replace the whole thing. Peace of mind. You can tell Jack takes pride in his work. Jack is a very honest, knowledgeable plumber. I had a major leak in my shower going to my basement. I called him and he let me know he would show up in a hour to check the problem. He showed up in under a hour checked the problem and explained everything he had to do. He quoted me a price which at first I thought was high. I told him I would have to call him back and he charged me $80 for the visit. He said if I called him back he would remove $80 from the price he quoted me. Immediately after he left I called around for quotes with other plumbing companies in the area with the problem I had. Fix a toilet tank valve and a very loose sink faucet. Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. (early actually) Had the right parts and tools. Friendly. Explained the situation, condition and fix. Cleaned up. Reasonably priced. Hope I won't need to, but if I have future plumbing needs I'll call them
