Dr. Johnson is phenomenal! We brought our dog here concerned about a growing skin tag, and she answered all of our questions. After we had surgery to remove it, I brought up other non-related concerns and she patiently answered and informed me. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and it's apparent she loves her job. The same feelings apply to the office overall!
We have recently gone through a difficult time of losing our aging dog, and the Aqueduct team went above and beyond to make her last moments special. It is clear they truly cared for her and were very helpful and compassionate throughout the whole process. I am so grateful to their team and feel confident about bringing my other pets there. I have never had a bad experience with them. I would highly recommend Aqueduct if you are looking for a vet that sincerely cares for the animals that they see.
We’ve had a fantastic experience at Aqueduct Animal Hospital! We moved to Schenectady from Central NY a year ago and have brought our cat in 3 times now, most recently for a dental cleaning. We were under the impression he would need teeth removed but he thankfully did not! We had an incredible experience with Paul and the other staff who worked on him yesterday, who all raved about Hercules and his demeanor. The prices are super fair, knowing the times we live in. I love the discount that was just put in place for dental treatments, it truly helped us out! We expected to pay almost $1500 yesterday, if teeth had to be removed, and our bill ended up being less than half...read full review
