They gave me a "golden ticket" that I wasn't allowed to scratch and reveal until I brought my car back for another wash which was both annoying and genius marketing because I was actively seeking excuses to wash my car so I would know what I won (a free car wash)
This place is great..only irk is that the vacuums are frequently broken were the tube & the hard plastic thing is attached & car always seems to be soaking wet coming out of the dryer
