When I first went to this car wash I paid for the best car wash they had. However, it was a touch-free car wash so it did not remove all the dirt off my car. I talked to the management. They called the owner at home and he personally came down. Had me go through again and then gave me another free car wash. As far as some of these pictures, it looks like water spots on the car when you're leaving on automatic car wash. It's suggested that you drive less than 10 mi an hour for at least 2 minutes to dry the car off completely because if not you're going to get water spots left on your car. Have a good day!
The staff here is very respectful and honest. I recently had a billing issue with this company. When I talked to the manager about it they issued me a full refund. There was no hostility and they took care of me. Your car will leave there carwash spotless every time.
I had an excellent experience with Lavell! After calling the 800 number and trying to rectify a payment with no success, I finally decided to drive to the Rensselaer location.
