This Ulta Beauty saved me and my prom night! After my appointment at a salon fell through, I went Ulta hoping I could at least get my makeup done, and if not, I could at least buy the proper things to do it myself. We explained my situation to one of the employees, and she immediately went to go talk to her manager, Lauren. Luckily they had someone coming in for makeup. Natalina jumped right into doing my makeup at the very beginning of her shift! She was so kind and courteous! She also did an exceptional job on my makeup! Everyone else working there was so kind, especially after a rough morning. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!
The ulta beauty in East Greenbush is awesome!!! Sky styled my hair for me & Katelyn did my makeup & they both did suchhhh a great job!!! I was so happy with my results let me show you. It was my 50th birthday I was feeling and am feeling down being I lost my son on a car accident one month ago and I just wanted to feel pretty for my big day. They were sooooo nice and I’m glad I went all out because I ended up having a limo (well a Cadillac Escalade not a regular limo) bring me to time square for a great dinner. They were great. Very accommodating because it was lastttttt minute and very sweet.
I always have an amazing experience at this Ulta! The associates are always super friendly and helpful. They answer any questions I have and offer great recommendations. The salon at Ulta is also wonderful! I have had my brows done my the amazing arch expert Natalina and my ears pierced by Katelyn in the salon. Both were great experiences and I am definitely going to be back to both of them for services in the future! Overall this is an amazing location for shopping and services!
