SoosMac is very professional and knows his stuff! I contacted Soos on an issue l had on my 2018 Macbook Air battery, in which it kept turning off if it wasn't connected to a power source. My macbook pro screen developed a glitch in the LCD. I guess after 5 years or so stuff happens. Dr. Soos was responsive, his price is very good, and the drop-off pick-up was seamless and quick. The new clamshell has a couple of scratches on it, figure it is a refurbish, but I don't really mind, as I will be covering it with stickers :) I will use Soos for any future issues that I have with my mac for sure.
