Lisa is exceptional. The customer service I receive is always outstanding. I recently have been having issues with IRS and receiving letters and just a whole to do. Lisa has helped me SO much. She takes care of it all and responds to every email I write her. i never feel like a bother although I'm sure I am because I'm clueless when it comes to anything tax related.

They've been doing my taxes for years, and when a difficult tax situation arose, and I didn't know what to do, I asked Lisa for help. The most reliable,courteous, friendlies , and knowledgeable people we have delt with in along time.We have been happy customer's for several years.We recently moved out of state and still use there tax services.We trust no one else.There is no not understanding when the go through every detail.The price is very reasonable.Look forward to many more years with this company.
