My son has been practicing with Shihan Jonathan Winstral in Tenshinkan discipline for about 18 months now, first at the Main St. Kingston location and now at the Hudson Valley Mall. I've also been doing adult classes for the past 6 months. He's very fair with kids of all ages and certainly kicks my butt into shape. He leads with trust and a focus on proper technique.
