I am perplexed and so totally disappointed in this place. I needed a stone engraved for my husband who is in the Natural Cemetery in Rhinebeck. I left a message and did receive a call back on a Monday from a gentleman who made an appointment with me for the upcoming Thursday at 3:30. He seemed professional on the phone. All week I was so anxious having to deal with the final steps of putting my husband to rest, thinking of what to say on the stone…. I show up on Thursday with the stone in my car and no one is there. All closed up. Lights out. I call and left a message figuring I’d wait around in case they were running late. I waited until 4pm. I never received a call.... read full review

I’ve made numerous attempts to do business with this company, they don’t answer the phone, and after leaving four sincere, heartfelt messages almost begging them. All went unanswered. and UN returned. This after having a sit down appointment with Claire, a drawn sketch of the monument and e mail contacts etc etc Disgraceful for a business. I’m a forty year owner of a service related business, so I understand “busy” better than most. This display of zero interest from a business owner is a huge red flag. I would not accept a grave memorial if they gave it to me for free. One star is generous, and they earned it.

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS, read on. They take advantage of mourning families! My father passed away and his grave site is in Allaben, past Phoenicia in Ulster County. Kol-Rocklea was paid in early 2022 for both the memorial and the foundation. Our family has yet to receive the memorial. First they screen my calls and don't answer my them. Then I call from my staff members cell phones and they pick up and make excuses, such as, " your dad is buried in the mountains, we have to charge you a fuel surcharge, we are waiting for others to be buried out there."
