New company for me. Setting up account was no problem. Technician that came to service burner was excellent - on time, polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough, and provided a few suggestions for better operation. So far, very happy with choosing Bottini Fuel.

Bottini Fuel came to my house to dig a trench for a propane line from the tank to the new generator. About a week later after a huge rainfall the backfill (dirt) from the trench was completely gone. The trench was wide open revealing the propane line. I called the office to inform them of the situation. It was “no problem.” Within a few days a crew arrived with dirt, grass seed and hay. The crew, John and Joe, did a fantastic job repairing the damage. The guys were friendly, respectful, polite and made me feel like Bottini Fuel appreciated my business. I would recommend this company very highly.

Fantastic experience with our wonderful technician who was able to trouble shoot our problem and found two issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and ensured everything was working properly before he departed.
