We recently had to lay our beloved Bandit to rest, not only was the staff very sympathetic to our situation, but they handled our needs very professionally. They sent us a very warming sympathy card along with a paw print and a nose print. Our Bandit may be gone but they helped the memory to live on.Thank you all very much.DawnMarie and Carl Reidy

The vet & the vet techs were wonderful & friendly. My dog received excellent care. However, the 2 people sitting at the reception desk were extremely unapproachable. They never smiled....at anyone, it was my first time there so when I asked a question I was treated like I was stupid for not knowing their procedure. They seemed annoyed by my very presence, but I saw them treat just about everyone with the same distain. I know that every one can have a bad day & hope that's all it was for them & that I just happened to catch her on an off day.

The vet and nurses where all very nice and helpful. They treated my dog well. On the other hand the front desk receptionists where quite rude and unhelpful. Very unapproachable and treated me like I was stupid because I asked a question.
