About Randolph Veterinary Clinic
Randolph Veterinary Clinic is a full-service companion animal hospital dedicated to providing quality veterinary care throughout a pet's life. Their services and facilities support routine preventive care, early disease detection, and complete medical and surgical treatments. The clinic offers limited after-hours emergency care for current patients. Customers appreciate the compassionate and professional care from veterinarians and veterinary technicians, especially in sensitive situations like pet loss. However, some have found the front desk receptionists to be unapproachable and unhelpful, sometimes treating clients as if they are inconvenient. Despite this, the clinic is highly recommended by many, with praises for their quick response—such as during a holiday weekend when staff promptly removed porcupine quills from a dog’s face. They are also known for being affordable and fair on all services. The clinic has been serving the community for over 13 years, earning a strong reputation as the best veterinary in Cattaraugus or Chautauqua county.
Best place around! Been going there for 13+ years and they have been super awesome! Had a doggie that had to be put down after hours and they took care of him the kindest and most humane way possible.
Recently had a doggie with porcupine quills stuck in her face on a on a holiday weekend, within 5 minutes of calling ( on a weekend) was told to bring her in as soon as possible to get the quills out! Dr. Inkley and staff truly take great care of all our pets and would give them 10 star rating if possible!

I have had GREAT experiences with John inkley but his brother I find to be not as knowledgeable, compassionate or as driven about his work. I didn't know until yesterday that there are 2 inkleys. I dont want to slam the other one. Im hoping maybe yesterday was an off day. I really hope it was. Thank you John Inkley for calling us and making sure you took care of us. I appreciate you and everything you do. You have taken care of our familys needs since you opened.
Dunno if it’s just me but I don’t have a nice experience with the workers over the phone and in person. They seem irritated and rushed the majority of the time. It seems as if it’s a burden for them to see my animals. Fine place if you don’t have an emergency or more than one pet.
