I got a facial at Rejuvenations while in the Saratoga Springs area for Thanksgiving break. My esthetician was Felicia and she was great. At the start of the facial, the restaurant next door was making noise and Felicia excused herself so that she could tell the receptionist to go next door and ask them to stop the noise. I really appreciated her making sure the environment was peaceful and remedying that situation immediately. She also noticed a problem with my skin, gave concrete reasoning to why that might be, and offered products and solutions that i could try to fix the problem.
