I have used LaPans from 2008-2009, they did my original install in my new home . They did a great job with the complete install. Their price was competitive with other Companies.
There staff was outstanding through the entire purchase and install. The owner himself came and checked the job, which I thought was unusual but very satisfying!
Flash forward to 2024, I had some Air-conditioning issue so I called another company for repair, I spend over $2,000 on repair that worked for 6 months, I reached out to LaPans to price a new unit, I was happy with there response time and Price for a new unit. Really happy with LaPan's service. Our furnace stopped working in very cold temperatures. The house was down to 43 degrees inside as we were headed into a night of single digits outside. Based on the situation, and a real risk of pipes freezing, LaPan's responded immediately, and worked late to baby our furnace to getting the house up to the 50s before calling it a night. They installed a new furnace the very next day. So very, very happy with their service, attitudes, and professionalism. Highly recommend.
